Reliability and Maintainability - Training Course Description
COURSE SUMMARY This course introduces the basic notions required to adequately understand and use the principal concepts of reliability and maintainability. The primary goal is to help the company increase the motivation and participation of employees in company performance improvement efforts. Once the principal concepts are learnt, this training course allows all the participants to apply these concepts, using statistical tools already available on the market. OBJECTIVES At the end of this course, the participant should understand the principal concepts of reliability and maintainability and be able to understand certain basic calculations in order to undertake performance analysis on all available critical equipment. He/she should be able to understand the stakes and the limits of optimum information management in order to improve productivity and reduce production costs related to maintenance activities. COURSE CONTENT The course content is adapted to the knowledge level and individual needs of each of the participants. The different subjects that are dealt with, within the confines of this course, can vary considerably from one training session to the next. The parameters of each course are determined beforehand with the customer. The same subject can be covered more, or less, quickly depending on the time allowed, the weighting attributed to it by the company and the overall course objectives.
